I guess it might be true.
Before a guy gets the girl, he treats her like a princess.
After he gets the girl, he treats her like crap.
Shot down
So just as soon as I began to have hope in the the thought of a possible you and me, I see you standing there with her, and I could tell it wasn’t just like a hey standing it was I wanna be near you, with you, and around you all the time kind of standing.
Sorry to be cynical, but people are always like go out there, and get someone but like EVERYTIME I do I get shot down :(
